Dr. Wen-Shan Sung
Dr. Wen-Shan Sung (Dr. Wen) is the Medical Director of R Clinic, a certified fellow of Cosmetic Physician, renowned for his expertise in advanced laser dermatology, energy-based treatments, non-surgical face and body contouring, and minimally invasive hair restoration. With a commitment to blending science, artistry, and cutting-edge technology, he integrates technical precision with artistic finesse, ensuring natural, harmonious results tailored to each patient’s unique needs.
He is at the forefront of radio-frequency assisted treatments using INMODE technology, including FaceTite and Quantum RF, for non-surgical facial sculpting and body contouring.
In addition, Dr. Wen is a pioneer in hair restoration, having established dedicated hair transplant centre specializing in Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE). Having personally experienced hair loss (alopecia), he brings a unique level of empathy and expertise to the field, helping patients regain confidence through advanced hair transplant techniques.
Dr Cindy Wang
Dr Cindy Wang is a cosmetic physician with a strong medical and surgical background, bringing a thoughtful, anatomy-led approach to non-surgical facial rejuvenation.
She began her medical career in 2014 and spent four years training in General and Vascular Surgery across major Sydney hospitals, including Royal North Shore Hospital and Royal Prince Alfred Hospital. During this time, she developed a strong foundation in anatomy, procedural medicine, and patient-centred care.
She also holds a Master of Surgery from the University of Sydney and has completed the Generic Surgical Sciences Examination. Her broader medical experience includes emergency medicine, trauma, intensive care, and anaesthetic medicine. She has also presented her research at international scientific conferences.
At Stasis Clinic Medicine, she focuses on non-surgical rejuvenation treatments designed to enhance facial harmony while preserving each patient’s natural features. Her aesthetic philosophy is centred on subtle, balanced results, with an emphasis on long-term planning rather than short-term trends.
